On Jan. 23, Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based building materials distributor US LBM announced that it will sell three of the company's operating divisions to a subsidiary of building products distributor ABC Supply Co. US LBM is selling Feldman Lumber, Rosen Materials and Wallboard Supply Company — and their subsidiaries Coastal Roofing Supply, Eastern Wallboard Supply and Richardson Gypsum — to L&W Supply, according to a news release announcing the deal. Financial details were not disclosed. The deal features two of the top distributors in building materials and construction.
